Central Cohasset Wastewater Improvements, Cohasset, MA
Landmark provided detail information for this sewer design project which included adding the utilities to the base topographic maps which were obtained by photogrammetric methods. By total station and data collection, Landmark located physical features such as manholes, catch basins, gate boxes and utilities not visible from aerial photography which were added to the CAD drawing file by Landmark. Rim, invert and sill elevations were provided along approximately 10 miles of roadway. Landmark also provided a bridge survey and profile and site plans for several pump stations sites.

Various School Sites, Fall River, MA
Landmark performed topographic surveys for portions of the Kuss School and Letourneau Schools. The field survey was performed by total station and data collection method and the plans were prepared in AutoCAD format

Water Main Improvements, Swampscott, MA,
Landmark performed utility and right of way surveys for various streets in the Town of Swampscott. The surveys were performed utilizing total station data collection method. Landmark prepared base plans showing the street lines with detail and utility information within the right of way and 20 feet beyond the right of way. The plans were prepared in AutoCAD format for use by the Engineer in the water main design.

Construction Layout
Landmark has provided construction layout for the South Harbor Garage, Salem, MA, the Logan Airport Fuel Operations Building, Logan Airport, Boston, MA, the Chelsea High School and Elementary Schools, Dracut Police Station and numerous commercial buildings and residential homes.
