Personnel and Experience

As a principal, Rhonda M. McManus, PLS, serves as the firm’s President and Contracting Officer. Her education along with her twenty-five years of experience, including all aspects of field surveying, CAD and site engineering design work allow her to identify and meet client needs. Ms. McManus has worked to keep Landmark fully automated and current with state-of-the-art field and office equipment.

Dennis J. McManus, PLS, also a principal, is responsible for scheduling, supervising and expediting all fieldwork. Mr. McManus has over twenty-six years of survey experience including; research, construction layout and control, property line, topographic, right of way, ALTA/ title insurance, utility, Land Court and easement surveys.
